As the girl's soft, sky-toned eyes flickered around the library, Scorpius smiled. She was considering it. At least the Ravenclaw had not flat-out told him that her studying was more important or something. Aw, that would have hurt his feelings, poor boy. It would have just broken his fragile little heart.*

Rose's souls once again met with Scorp's, and she replied, accepting his offer with a single word. "Sure." A small smile danced onto the red-head's lips, and she actually seemed pleased. That was good. His own smile widening, the Slytherin sat up a bit straighter and parted his lips. "Well then, let's go."

Slamming his textbook closed, the male stood up and for a second observed his ebony nail polish. It wasn't meaningful, really. Just a delay-to-wait-for-the-girl sort of action. Blinking at his slightly feminine fingers, Scorpius then turned, book in hand, and swiftly replaced it back onto the shelf where it belonged.

"Ready?" He spoke quietly, once again rotating his body to where he faced the Weasley. A single brow arched upward in curiosity, and he waited silently.
